This Email Hosting Policy applies to Microsoft 365-based email services arranged, configured, or managed by Nexity.
2. Service Scope
Email hosting services may include setup, configuration, and basic support depending on the agreed service scope.

- Domain linking
- DNS configuration
- User provisioning
- Mailbox setup
- Device and Outlook configuration
- Basic support
3. Licensing
Email services are licensed per user and remain subject to provider licensing rules, feature availability, and pricing changes. Nexity reserves the right to adjust pricing where underlying licensing costs change.
4. Billing and Suspension
Payment for email services is due according to the agreed billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension, reduction of service, or removal of licenses.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for how their users and accounts are managed internally.
- User access control
- Password security
- Account recovery information
- Internal usage policies
- Managing staff access where applicable
6. Security
Nexity may assist with security configuration such as MFA and best-practice setup, but cannot guarantee protection against phishing, compromised credentials, social engineering, user error, or external threats.
7. Data Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their own mailbox content, retention requirements, and business processes. Nexity is not liable for losses caused by user deletion, credential compromise, or third-party outages.
8. Third-Party Dependency
Email services depend on external provider infrastructure and policies. Nexity is not liable for external outages, feature removals, licensing policy changes, or provider-side incidents.
